2006 Burning Hawk Napa Valley Red

An exquisite Bordeaux-style blend of exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petite Verdot, Malbec and Merlot, all from the world-renowned Napa Valley.

Enticing aromas of dried plums, ripe cherries, lavender and spice lead to mouth-filling flavors of dark plums and wild berries, cinnamon spice and hints of tobacco and toasted pecan. Medium-bodied with well-integrated tannins, this wine drinks beautifully now or can be properly cellared for several years.

2006 Burning Hawk Chardonnay, Alexander Valley

The Alexander Valley is known as one of the finest Chardonnay regions on the planet and this Burning Hawk Chardonnay lives up to that reputation.

Light straw in color, this beautiful Chardonnay presents lemony citrus scents with a touch of butterscotch and honey. Full-bodied, smooth and creamy, this buttery Chardonnay with tropical fruit and vanilla oak notes, demonstrates the magic of time-honored winemaking tradition. Wonderful with light cheeses and strawberries for a leisurely snack, or with grilled salmon and herb-roasted potatoes for a delectable meal.
