2006 Burning Hawk Zinfandel, North Coast, 750ml

Medium-bodied and deep garnet red, this Zin delights with perky red raspberry and a hint of white pepper. Jammy, explosive raspberry fruit flavors are accentuated by silky smooth tannins.

2007 Burning Hawk Chardonnay, Sonoma County, Barrel Fermented, 750ml

100% Barrel Fermented. Yellow gold with spicy aromas. Citrus and lemon cream on the palate, drinks full and smooth with oaky notes and lively acidity. Excellent with shrimp scampi or grilled salmon.

2008 Burning Hawk Sauvignon Blanc, Mendocino County, 750ml

Clear and light – straw colored with great viscosity and a lemon-lime and peach bouquet. Slightly grassy flavors with rich, oaky minerals. This exceptional sipping wine finishes soft and smooth.

2006 Burning Hawk Napa Valley Red

An exquisite Bordeaux-style blend of exceptional Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petite Verdot, Malbec and Merlot, all from the world-renowned Napa Valley.

Enticing aromas of dried plums, ripe cherries, lavender and spice lead to mouth-filling flavors of dark plums and wild berries, cinnamon spice and hints of tobacco and toasted pecan. Medium-bodied with well-integrated tannins, this wine drinks beautifully now or can be properly cellared for several years.
